Chapter 142

Unfortunately, fate was against them again, and they’d barely reached the bedroom when the pilot interrupted them with a warning that they were heading into some turbulent air, and asking that they fasten their seatbelts.

“Maybe we should ignore him.” Sara murmured, her mouth trailing down Jon’s chest, following her fingers as she unbuttoned his shirt.

Jon began to agree, just as the plane lurched, knocking them both flat on the bed.

“Or maybe we should do as we’re told.” Jon said ruefully, pulling her up as the plane jolted again. “You okay?”

“Yeah. Let’s go, then. It can’t last the whole flight, right?”

“Nah.”

They made their unsteady way back to their seats, holding onto seat backs as they went for support against the erratic bouncing of the aircraft. Once they were safely buckled in, Sara cuddled under Jon’s arm again, the comfortable feeling lulling her to sleep. Jon fell into a doze, too, his head resting back on the seat as he held Sara. After a while, a solid bump woke him, and Jon blearily realised that the plane was braking hard. Looking through the window, he discovered with a shock that they had landed already - both of them had slept away the entire flight. Gently, he woke Sara, and she grimaced when he told her that they’d landed.

“Damn. We fell asleep again?”

“Yeah. You wear me out, girl.”

Sara found with surprise that she was actually getting accustomed to how things worked for a rock star, as they got off the plane and into the waiting limo, with none of the hassle of a commercial flight, and none of the waiting around a luggage belt, hoping your bag would turn up in one piece.

“Where to?” Jon asked as they moved away.

“I should go home.” Sara said sadly. “I have to go into the studio early tomorrow, so I can get organised for the shoot this week. Home, I guess.”

“Well,” Jon stroked her thigh thoughtfully, “why don’t I drop you at home, then tomorrow you come into the city and we’ll go for lunch. I should really go into the office, catch up on some stuff. I have a pile of Soul paperwork to go through - I started on Friday but, as you know, I kinda fell asleep on the job.”

“Okay. Where’s your office?”

Quickly, Jon wrote down the address. “Any problems finding it, just gimme a call.”

He told the driver Sara’s address, and when they arrived she got out of the car quickly. They’d started the goodbye kiss just after leaving the airport, so by now it was either get out fast, or drag Jon inside with her so he could finish what he’d started. As the car left, Sara waved, then Jon was gone and she headed on inside.

Next morning, Sara was in the studio by eight, and she was wide awake, since Jon had called while she was driving in, distracting her pretty badly. She was well into her second mug of strong coffee when Paul arrived, and she glanced up from what she was doing to say hello, then stopped and stared.

“What happened to you?” She asked, getting off her chair to go across to him.

His left eye was swollen and bruised, but he gave a sheepish grin.

“You and Jon were right.” He said. “I’d arranged to see Carrie on Saturday night, but when I got there…..Tina was there, too. They weren’t very happy.”

“So I see!”

Paul looked at her a little more closely, taking in the smart black pants and hot pink shirt. “Uhh…….do you have a new client coming or something?”

“What? Oh. No - I’m going into the city to meet Jon for lunch.”

“Oh. So you’ll be leaving early then?”

“Mmm. I’ll probably head off about noon. I may be back later though….” Sara broke off as she watched Paul shaking his head at her with a grin. “Oh, who am I kidding? Not about to fight my way back here just to go home later.”

They worked through the morning, until Paul practically ordered Sara to go as the clock ticked on past noon. Since she wasn’t entirely sure of where Jon’s office was, and she didn’t really want to drive into the city anyway, Sara called for a cab and just let the driver take the strain of the drive. When they arrived at the address, and she got out of the car, Sara was slightly surprised by the unpretentious building which housed Jon’s office, riding up in the elevator to the sixth floor, where he’d told her the office was.

Arriving at his office door, not even marked with a company name, just the number, Sara was a little surprised to find the door locked. She pulled her cellphone from her purse and dialled his number.

“Hey, darlin’.” Jon answered the phone. “Where are you?”

“Well, I think I’m right outside……..but the door’s locked.”

“Hold on.”

Moments later, Sara heard footsteps inside, then Jon opened the door with a grin.

“Sue must’ve locked it when she went out for lunch. Sorry, babe. How are ya?”

Before she could answer, Jon caught her up in his embrace, kissing her hello and backing into the office with her in his arms.

“I’m fine.” Sara said breathlessly as Jon let her go again, her heart pounding. “You having a good day?”

“I am now.” Jon smiled, moving back a little to look at her. “You look so good, baby.” He drew his lower lip into his teeth, raising his eyebrows a tiny bit. “Good enough to eat.”

“I’d rather be good enough to feed - I’m starving!”

“Can you hang on another half hour? I have some paperwork I need to read over and sign, and if I do it before we go, I won’t need to come back here.”

“Sure. I’ll survive I guess. Just don’t blame me if I get cranky!”

Sara followed him through into his office, looking around with interest - Jon had already seen her workspace, but this was the first time she’d seen anywhere he’d spent any real time. The apartment didn’t really count, since he’d only just moved in. Jon walked over to his desk, deep, rich mahogany with a dark green leather top. As Sara moved to pull the blind open a little, to see what kind of view there was, she heard Jon groan in disgust.

“What’s wrong?”

“Oh, nothing. Might take a little longer than I thought, Sar. There’s a pile of stuff here to be signed that I didn’t know about. I guess I could leave it for another day.”

Looking at him, Sara could see that he was tempted to just walk away and leave the work, but he knew he really shouldn’t. An idea occurred to her, and she walked across to perch on the corner of his desk.

“How long does……Sue get for lunch?”

“Hmm? Oh, she’ll be gone another forty minutes I guess. Why?”

“Well, I was thinking.” Sara lifted a foot onto the arm of his leather chair, turning it slightly to face her. “Maybe the paperwork would go a little faster if you had the right incentive.”

Jon grinned up at her. “What did you have in mind?”

“Oh, I don’t know….” She said artlessly, getting off the desk and quickly crossing to lock the inner door. “Why don’t you sign something and see what happens.”

Smiling, Jon uncapped a pen and scrawled his signature across a document, then looked up at Sara expectantly. He wasn’t disappointed, when she shrugged out of her jacket and tossed it aside, raising her eyebrows at him. Jon signed the next document, then watched as Sara slowly unbuttoned her shirt, not removing it until he’d signed another few documents, one button for each signature.

“Strip-paperwork, huh?” Jon grinned, watching her lay the shirt down on the battered leather couch against the far wall. “This could catch on.”

They carried on with the game, but by the time Sara was naked, and Jon’s cock was straining impatiently at his suit pants, there was still a pile of paperwork waiting for Jon’s action.

“Now what?” He asked, smirking as he signed another document.

A chuckle purred from Sara’s throat as she walked across to him, pushing his chair back slightly and kissing him deeply before pulling away when she felt his hands on her ass. Keeping her eyes glued to his, Sara stepped between his legs and slowly sank to her knees, still looking up at him, her hands on his thighs.

“You stopped signing.” She whispered, and Jon obediently leaned forward to sign, only a slight wobble distorting his signature as he felt her fingers on his belt.

Another document, and Jon tried to stifle a groan as Sara unzipped his pants and reached to draw his erection through, freeing it for her hands. And her lips. He was barely even looking at what he was signing as Sara’s hot breath teased him for a moment, then she took him deep in her mouth before drawing back to suck lightly on the tip, flicking her tongue over him.

“Fuck.” He muttered, dashing his signature across something else, trying to control his hand as he felt Sara’s mouth sink low again, feeling the constriction on the head of his cock as it reached her throat.

Jon signed another document, his left hand moving from the edge of the desk to knot into her hair, holding her as he thrust his hips forward, feeling Sara take him even deeper without objection. He signed the final document, immediately pushing the pile of papers to one side as he tugged her head back. This wasn’t what he wanted. He wanted to be inside her, to cum inside her, to feel her cum with him, but he almost lost it when Sara sucked hard against him as he pulled free of her delicious mouth, and he involuntarily pushed her down on him again with another muttered expletive. He grabbed back control of himself, but he was so close to just ramming his cock deep into her throat again and again.

With sheer willpower, Jon pulled himself from her mouth, looking down and seeing the devilish look in her eyes. He growled as he dragged her off her knees, lifting her all the way up and sitting her on the desk, then pushing her onto her back in front of him. As he dipped his head between her thighs, Jon could see she was just as excited as he was, the wetness there showing she was ready and eager for him, and he licked across her before standing from his chair, pushing her legs wide.

He shoved his pants lower, down to his knees, then leaned forward over Sara’s naked body, her flesh giving no resistance as he slid inside. She reached for him, pulling his head down for a kiss, and though she knew the hard desktop was bruising her, she hid the pain, not wanting him to stop. Her knees were spread wide as Jon butted against her, reaching over her to grip the far edge of his desk, and Sara’s lips stifled his cry as she felt him cumming. The teasing and playing had pushed her own arousal high before Jon even touched her, and Sara came, too, as Jon continued to thrust into her, spasms shaking through them both.

For a moment, Jon slumped against her, and Sara gently stroked his hair, then he straightened his arms to look down on her, a satisfied grin on his face.

“You certainly know how to take the pain out of paperwork, darlin’.”
